Run Insole

Grangers Run Insoles are designed to keep your feet fresh and supported whils you put them through their paces.

These flexible, cut-to-size insoles offer cushioning and shock absorption to prevent common sports injuries, such as shin splints. The ergonomic design increases the contact surface of the sole, aiding with flat foot correct and supporting your feet to help reduce the pain caused by arch pressure and fatigue.

The deep heel cup prevents slippage, provides ankle support and the padding reduces friction. They're also breathable, durable and moisture-wicking to keep your feet odour-free, fresh and comfortable.
