How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery charge is £5.55 within the UK. We offer FREE UK Delivery on orders over £25. Find more delivery information here.

We work with DPD for our deliveries and are usually able to deliver in 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

Do you offer International Delivery?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer delivery to the UK.

How does your Clean + Reproof Service work?

Once you have completed your Clean + Reproof Service (or Down Care Service order the next steps are:

  1. You will be sent a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label and QR code by email (within 1-2 working days of receiving your order) for you to send your garment to us.
  2. Once your garment has been safely received by our Technical Team they will carry out an observation report. This is to review the condition and outline anything that they may need to share with you ahead of the service. Please note that during busy periods this could take a little longer than usual.
  3. Once our team have completed their checks they will contact you via email with a Waiver Form that lists any observations, and confirms the description of your garment and contact details. If you can please then review, sign and return to us at your earliest convenience.
  4. Your garment will then be cleaned and reproofed by our Technical Team before being returned back to you, at the shipping address referenced in the Waiver form. You will be notified once it is ready for despatch.
