To us, cleaning and reproofing is something we could do in our sleep, but we know it sometimes feels like a task you just don’t have the time or energy for. Maybe your jacket or trousers are in need of some serious TLC or they’re wetting out that much you’re close to replacing.  Maybe you’re about to head off skiing and need to treat the entire family’s jackets but don’t have the head space. This is why we’ve created our wash and reproofing service. In a few simple steps, we aim to have your waterproof clothing returned to you so you’re ready to get back outside!

Taking care of your clothing is so important, it extends its life and enhances your outdoor experience, whatever the weather. Although our products are easy-to-use, we know that sometimes you’d simply like us just to tick off that to-do for you and in times like that we’re here to help.

With our Clean and Reproof service, all you need to do is follow 6 simple steps:

• Add the service to your basket and check out
• Wait for your email containing postage details
• Package up your clothing and post it to us using our free service
• Look out for your confirmation email with our technical report
• Digitally sign to say you’re happy to go ahead
• Wait for your clothing to be returned to you.

 

N.B. on Delivery times: Although we aim to have your clothing returned to you within a week during busy times our Standard service can take up to 10 working days from receipt of clothing. Currently this service is only available for mainland UK customers, we apologise for any inconvenience. 

 

Our Clean + Proof Service is priced per item – if you would like multiple items to be serviced please increase the quantity added to your basket as necessary.

 

Please note that discount codes are not valid on our Clean + Proof Services.
